It is 1/1 a Cyclus Tools spoke wrench as I have the exact one. It was bought for a fellow mecahinc as gift. I can not tell the difference in quality. You get two spoke nipple sizes. One is for brand name spoke nipples (the smaller size) the other is for most of the lower price range spoke nipples ( they are larger in size/width). And the larger size marked so it makes it easier when in use.

It fit very well on the DT Swiss Standard nipple, 2.0 x 14 mm, brass, but I still damaged the nipple when tightening it harder. But otherwise it worked well, you just had to be careful and tighten it more carefully.
